History
Corpac
Trust has been operating since 1995 providing budgeting
and financial management services to people living
in the Dunedin community with mental illness and addiction
issues. The need for an independent and specialised
budgeting service was identified by two leading providers
of community and residential support in Dunedin, Corstorphine
Baptist Community Trust and Patient Aid Community
Trust (now Pact Otago). From this inception the demand
for our services has steadily increased to the point
that we currently work with up to 100 clients at any
one time. Our goal is to support people toward independence
and assist them in being able to lead the best possible
lives that they can through positive management of
their finances.
